Our Return Policy
INDIA
We have a one time 12 day return and exchange policy.
This means we will simply accept undamaged or unwashed items (in their original condition) within 12 days of their purchase date.
Please note:
- Any taxes/shipping costs you pay (included in the final price) are non refundable.
- If you wish to return the product, we can arrange this for you but we will deduct Rs. 100 on the refund amount.
- Do not return a product on your own initiative without contacting us first.
- After exchanging the product within 12 days, if you still wish to return the product back, you are welcome to do so. You are responsible for sending us your returns using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will make a refund to you.

WORLDWIDE
Currently we do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time. But you can return the product; postmarked within 22 days of receipt for a refund and restart a new order.
Please note:
- Any taxes/duties/shipping costs you pay are non refundable.
- We cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates.
- Do not return a product on your own initiative without contacting us first.
- You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will make a refund to you.
- Any transaction fees charged to you, will be collected by your bank and are not under our control. Hence we cannot provide a refund for these fees.

To qualify for returns, make sure the below items are sent back:
- Use the existing Sensing box to repack it. Incase it's damaged, you can sed it in a green clothlined envelope.
- Make sure the product is unused/unwashed (in their original condition).
- Reseal the product in the Sensing transparent sleeve.
